Aftercare on Brow and Lash Treatments

Brow Tinting

Avoid getting your brows wet for the first 24 hours to allow the tint to fully set.

Be gentle when cleansing your face, avoiding direct contact with the brows and using only gentle, oil-free products.

Refrain from using exfoliants, retinol, or other harsh skincare products directly on or around the brows for at least a week.

If you experience any redness, itching, or irritation, call us at Wax in the City.

Schedule a touch-up appointment as recommended by us to maintain the colour and shape of your tinted brows.

Brow Lamination

Avoid Water and Moisture: Keep your brows dry for the first 24 hours. Avoid showers, steam, saunas, swimming, and sweating heavily.

Do Not Touch: Refrain from touching or rubbing your brows to prevent any disruption to the lamination process.

No Makeup: Avoid applying any makeup or brow products to your brows during this period.

touch-ups: Schedule regular touch-up appointments every 6-8 weeks to keep your brows looking flawless.

Lash Lift

Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24-48 hours post-lift to ensure the lashes set properly.

Do not use waterproof mascara or an eyelash curler for at least a week after the lift to avoid weakening the effect.

Be gentle with your lashes; do not rub your eyes or sleep face down for the first few nights to prevent damage.

Use oil-free makeup remover and avoid oil-based products on or near your lashes to extend the lift's results.

Schedule a lash tint 2-3 weeks post-lift to keep the enhanced look longer and avoid retinting too soon.

Lash Extensions

Avoid getting the lash extensions wet for the first 24-48 hours after application.

Do not use oil-based products on or around the eyes as they can weaken the adhesive.

Gently cleanse the lashes daily with a lash shampoo or a mild, oil-free cleanser.

Be cautious with rubbing your eyes and when using a towel to dry your face, gently pat instead.

Refrain from using mascara on your extensions, as it can be difficult to remove and may damage both the extensions and your natural lashes.

Schedule regular touch-up appointments every 2-3 weeks to maintain a full and natural look.
